Find the following key, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Contro l\\Class\\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} Delete both the Upper and LowerFilters entries and reboot. Only work in the Registry if you have created a Restore Point and taken the necessary precautions.
